I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness,
which means that I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens and your needs will change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.

We'll also explore your self-imposed limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns and old ways of thinking that no longer serve you. 

This is important because most of the time the only thing that stands in the way of you achieving your goals, whether they be to adopt a vegan diet or climb a mountain, is actually you! Everyone knows deep down what they need to do to get themselves well and functioning optimally, including you. And even if there was a gap in your knowledge, we live in the information age where we can look up almost anything we need with the click of a mouse or the tap of a finger.

The question is not what else do you need to know to get yourself to where you want to be The question is, do you actually WANT to be there at all? And if you do, what is standing in your way? What can you do to break through that invisible wall that's blocking you? Has that wall been put there (subconciously and unintentionally) by you? Pretty much all of my clients come up against this type of self-imposed obstacle, which usually manifests as self-sabotage or procrastination. The fact that they are working with a coach means that when these issues do come up, we bring them out into the light so we can explore them. This allows us to dismantle them with ease and grace, and the client can move smoothly onwards towards their dream health and life.
