I believe the most effective way to achieve this is with a plant-based, or vegan diet. Making the switch to eating plants, or even simply starting to increase the amount of plant-based foods and decrease the amount of animal-based foods in your diet can dramatically improve your health. From your immune system, your digestive system, your energy levels, sleep quality, hormonal health and even the length of your life.
I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition*, where I studied innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – including Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between. I have studied with the worlds top wellness and alternative medicine practitioners, nutritionists and thought leaders in the field of diet, lifestyle and health.
I have also trained with the worlds leading raw food teacher trainer, Karen Knowler, to teach and coach clients to add more raw vegan foods into their lives.
I hold several yoga and meditation teacher training qualifications, and am also qualified in hypnotherapy, natural vegan skincare formulation and many different holistic and complementary therapies. This diverse range of qualifications and experience enable me to help my clients on a much deeper and more multi-faceted and holistic level.
