A coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. I am a health coach trained and certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and I specialise in vegan nutrition & lifestyle coaching. This means that I can create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your health and wellness goals, with a specific emphasis on helping you transition toward a vegan lifestyle, or add more plant-based foods into your current diet.
I can help you to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. It's not about doing too much too soon. Gradual sustainable changes are what works for successful and permanent transformation. As these pieces accumulate, you will find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than you originally anticipated. My approach is also very personalised to you, as everyone is different and has unique requirements and circumstances. We work on what you want to improve within your unique situation and needs.
