A coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. I am a health coach trained and certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and I specialise in vegan nutrition & lifestyle coaching. This means that I can create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your health and wellness goals, with a specific emphasis on helping you transition toward a vegan lifestyle, or add more plant-based foods into your current diet. 

I can help you to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. It's not about doing too much too soon. Gradual sustainable changes are what works for successful and permanent transformation. As these pieces accumulate, you will find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than you originally anticipated. My approach is also very personalised to you, as everyone is different and has unique requirements and circumstances. We work on what you want to improve within your unique situation and needs. 


As your coach, guide and mentor through the wonderful world of vegan transformation, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the path of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you. I will teach you all you need to know about a nutritious vegan or plant-based diet, the difference between the two, how to successfully and permanently transition to a fully vegan diet (if that is what you want), and everything else you need to know to make this beautiful choice a success for you.

  • Decipher food labels so you don't accidentally eat animal ingredients
  • Create your perfect, nutritionally balanced whole food vegan menu plan
  • Decode your cravings and overcome food addictions (cheese..?)

  • Veganise your current favourite recipes
  • Tune into your heart and core values to ensure your outer actions are aligned to your inner ethics.
